Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days. Express shipping takes 2–3 business days. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days ship the same day. Orders after 2:00 PM or on weekends ship the next business day.

Easy — spend $35 or more and standard shipping is free automatically. No code needed. For orders under $35, standard shipping is $5.99. See our full shipping policy.

Not yet — we currently ship to all 50 US states only, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is on our roadmap. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when it launches.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates are available within 24 hours of shipment. If you didn't get the email, check your spam folder — or contact us and we'll resend it.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused, unopened items. For defective products, returns are free and accepted even if the item has been used. Read our full returns policy.

Contact us with your order number and reason for the return. We'll respond within 1 business day with a return label (prepaid for defective items) and instructions. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed within 3–5 business days.

Absolutely. We offer exchanges for a different size, color, or product. Just let us know what you'd like instead when you contact us and we'll ship the replacement at no extra charge once we receive your return.

Yes — every product we stock has been reviewed and approved. We only carry products made from non-toxic, dog-safe materials. Our toys are tested for durability, our treats contain wholesome ingredients, and our accessories meet pet safety standards. We wouldn't sell anything we wouldn't give to our own dogs.

Our product selection follows vet-recommended guidelines for dog safety and enrichment. Products in our store are sourced from trusted manufacturers and meet industry safety standards. If you have specific concerns about a product for your dog's breed, size, or health condition, we recommend consulting your vet.

We don't have a formal wholesale program yet, but we're open to it! If you're a rescue organization, dog daycare, or retailer interested in bulk pricing, reach out and let's talk.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link. All payments are processed securely through Stripe — we never store your card information.

We process orders quickly, but if you need to cancel or make a change, contact us immediately. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to accommodate the change. Once it's shipped, you'll need to use our standard returns process.
